Because I Mixed up X and Y

Because I mixed up X and Y, I had to restart the problem.
Because I had to restart the problem, I forgot a step that I hadn't forgotten before
Because I forget that step, I get the entire question wrong.
Because I got the entire question wrong, my quiz grade dropped by 30%.
Because my quiz dropped by 30% my overall quiz grade dropped by 18%.
Because my quiz grade dropped by 18%, my grade dropped by 4%.
Because my grade dropped by 4%, I will likely finish the term with a lower grade
therefore my grade point average will drop, therefore I will be even more mediocre.

What I've taken from all this: See, it does matter! All of you people who say 'it's just one problem, it's just one quiz'. You lied.
